The hotel is located right on the beach and offers easy access to Mantamar Beach Club, which is free for guests to use. The beach chairs and service are excellent and the club itself is lovely with people always looking content. The hotel is steps away from several great restaurants and there is a great view of the pool and beach from many of the rooms' balconies. The food at both the 5th floor and the beach restaurant is very good. Guests loved sitting on their balcony and listening to the waves. Although the beach is a good walk away, the hotel provides transportation to and from the club. The locals can be bothersome, asking if visitors wanted drugs or sketchy massages. However, the hotel is the best gay hotel on the beach and brilliantly located for easy access to everything.
