The rooms in the new building are well-furnished and the bathrooms are spacious and accessible, making them comfortable for all guests. Notably, the hotel has accessible rooms and disabled-friendly double rooms on the ground floor, which adds to its convenience.
The hotel's location is another strong point, being easily accessible by public transport with a bus stop right outside the door. This ensures that guests can easily plan day trips to popular nearby destinations such as Rügen, Greifswald and Usedom. The flawless public transport connection and proximity to major roads further enhance its appeal for travelers relying on public transportation.
However, it should be noted that not all areas of the hotel are entirely accessible. For instance, apartments on the 2nd floor might pose challenges since an elevator is not available in some parts of the hotel. Despite these occasional accessibility issues, the hotel staff is noted for their quick and effective solutions, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
