The staff is super friendly, engaging and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. The spa facilities are excellent with saunas, steam rooms and a stunning natural swimming pond, while the pool facilities include a natural outdoor pool, an indoor pool and a Naturbadeteich. While some guests felt the beds could be more comfortable, most found them to be comfortable with mattresses that were a little on the firmer side.
