While some guests noticed that it was a 4-star hotel, others were not so convinced and felt that it did not meet the minimum requirements. Despite this, the hotel offers all the amenities of an elegant and modern 4-star establishment. The junior suite was comfortable, however some guests missed having slippers after exiting the shower. Overall, the facilities and services were in line with the hotel's category, however, some guests noted that attention to detail could be improved in order to live up to the reputation of a 4-star hotel.
