Summary of reviews related to the 'Indoor Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Crown Metropol Perth offers an indoor pool facility that garners mixed reviews from guests. Positively noted for its spacious and enjoyable environment, the indoor pool is a hit among families, especially during winter with facilities that cater well to kids. Many guests found the pool to be fun and appreciated the cleanliness of the area. The pool itself is recognized as a significant attraction that adds to the overall experience at the hotel.
However, there are a few areas where it seems to fall short. Some guests remarked that the pool, advertised as heated, was uncomfortably cold. Additionally, the pool floors were noted to be quite slippery, posing a safety concern. The pool's chlorination levels also appeared to be on the heavier side, which may affect some visitors' comfort. Operational hiccups, such as delayed opening times and unexpected closures for maintenance, were also points of contention.
Despite these concerns, many guests still found the indoor pool to be a positive aspect of their stay, providing pleasant moments and a family-friendly environment.
