The Hotel Elephant Weimar, Autograph Collection, is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location, providing a good base for exploring Weimar. The check-in process is straightforward and the professional staff offers excellent service. The hotel also provides a very good breakfast that exceeds expectations. Despite being a big chain hotel, the hotel offers exclusive facilities and excellent interior design. The hotel enjoys a great location in the heart of the city and parking at the rear is convenient. However, there is no SPA area or pool for a 5-star hotel, which is unusual and there are no desks in some rooms, as in room 202. The price for breakfast is also a bit high, though it's worth it. Although the reception area can be small and overcrowded, guests receive a warm and individual welcome. Despite some seminars and large groups occupying the lounge frequently, the Elephant hotel is a wonderful city hotel that guests love.
