Hotel Alcatruz has received positive feedback for its friendly and approachable staff, who are noted for being helpful and attentive to guest needs. The hotel's modern and very clean accommodations have been appreciated, along with an accessible bathroom that caters to guests with disabilities. Guests enjoyed the complimentary coffee and pastelinas at the reception. However, there is a notable lack of an elevator, which may pose challenges for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. The hotel's location is easily accessible, though its proximity to the road might reduce some of its coziness. Despite this, the good breakfast and overall hospitality contribute to a pleasant stay for visitors.
