Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Urpí is frequently praised for its strategic location in Sabadell, just outside Barcelona, which combines convenience with tranquility. The proximity to the train station and the town center makes it ideal for guests needing easy access to essential services and attractions. The hotel's modern facilities, including a pleasant rooftop terrace and a well-regarded restaurant and bar, contribute to a positive overall experience. Guests particularly commend the friendly and efficient staff for their helpful and hospitable nature.
Regarding dining, the breakfast at Hotel Urpí receives mixed feedback. While the quality and service are generally good, the variety is somewhat limited and some feel it is slightly overpriced. The dinner experience, however, is consistently positive with guests appreciating the delicious food, reasonable prices and excellent service.
Rooms at Hotel Urpí are noted for being spacious, clean and comfortable with modern amenities and daily cleaning services. However, some minor issues such as outdated furnishings and occasional noise disturbances have been reported. Cleanliness is generally well-maintained, though there are occasional lapses that management could improve.
The staff at Hotel Urpí is highly regarded for their friendliness and attentiveness, though there are sporadic reports of unfriendliness which could be related to staffing challenges. Despite these, the overall impression is of a welcoming and professional team.
The WiFi service produces mixed experiences. While some guests find it fast and reliable, others encounter connectivity issues. The rooftop pool is seen as a nice addition but could use improvements in terms of size, cleanliness and availability of sun loungers.
Parking is another noted convenience at the hotel with a well-regarded underground garage, though some guests find the fees slightly high. Lastly, the beds receive mixed reviews with some finding them comfortable and others reporting discomfort due to firmness and inadequate pillows.
Overall, Hotel Urpí offers a comfortable, convenient stay with friendly service and good amenities, making it a favorable option for travelers, especially those with business in Sabadell.
