Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Embassy Suites by Hilton Destin Miramar Beach has received mixed reviews from guests. Some have criticized the high prices for what they perceive to be outdated facilities and unsatisfactory service, while others have pointed to the cleanliness and good room service. A common complaint was that the hotel is in need of renovation with outdated televisions and worn pool area furniture. However, the hotel's location is praised and some returning guests have been staying for up to twenty years. Breakfast options could be improved with more fresh fruit and the happy hour only includes two drinks. Overall, the hotel is okay for those who can overlook its age and are willing to pay a premium for a prime spot in Destin.

Sugar Sands Beachfront Hotel, a By The Sea Resort is a small, quiet facility located on the beachfront, perfect for those who want to stay away from the crowds. While some guests found the hotel to be outdated and in need of repairs, others appreciated the great location and affordable prices. The rooms were a bit different than expected based on online descriptions but the hotel was quick to upgrade unhappy guests. The pool is relaxing but small and parking can be cramped, though additional parking is available nearby. Some guests found the floors to be sandy and the elevator broke down twice during their stay. Overall, Sugar Sands Beachfront Hotel, a By The Sea Resort is a passable option for those on a tight budget looking for a beachfront location, but don't expect luxury or modern amenities.

Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' category
Summarized by AI
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Miramar Beach-Destin offers a convenient location with friendly staff, fitting well for those seeking a basic but functional stay. It features rooms and amenities ideal for an overnight stop, although some guests felt it wasn't worth the money due to minimal amenities and limited food options, especially for non-pork eaters. The hotel boasts a huge pool, though some found it closed for days, reflecting a need for better maintenance despite being relatively new. The breakfast provided has a variety, albeit limited with specific mentions of it needing improvement. The three-star rating seems fair to some, though others believe it to be slightly inflated, especially considering the higher summer rates. Overall, it serves its purpose for a quick stay but leaves room for enhancement in terms of services and facilities.
