Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hôtel d’lyon is celebrated for its central and accessible location, placing guests near Santa Rosa’s primary attractions, shops, and dining options while offering a tranquil and cozy atmosphere. The hotel stands out with its immaculate cleanliness and modern amenities, offering sound value for money. Rooms are praised for their spaciousness and homely features such as balconies, kitchens, and well-organized spaces, contributing to a comfortable stay. Though some find areas for improvement in bedding comfort, this is overshadowed by the largely positive experiences highlighted by guests. The attentive and friendly staff play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience, consistently providing welcoming and efficient service. Staff members, including Tatiana, Stefani, and Alice, are commended for their commitment to guest satisfaction. Guests value the additional facilities like a spa and private parking, though communication regarding parking arrangements could be improved. Overall, Hôtel d’lyon is recognized as a favored choice for travelers seeking convenience, cleanliness, and warm hospitality.
