Though some guests mention that the hotel didn't quite live up to its advertised 5-star rating, the amenities and décor are top-notch and many visitors overall enjoyed their stays. Breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade, though. While some guests think that the hotel is more of a 4-star establishment than a 5-star one, others believe that it doesn't even meet 3-star standards.
