Tulip Inn Itaguai is praised for its international standards and prime location, garnering appreciation for being worthy of a 4 to 5-star place. It stands out due to its advantageous location, which is frequently highlighted as its best feature. However, some aspects fall short of the reputed Tulip Inn standard with reviewers noting that a hotel of this level and size should present better maintenance and overall quality. Criticisms include outdated maintenance, worn-out restaurant upholstery and various details needing attention, reflecting a disconnect from the typical Tulip Inn network's standards. Despite these concerns, the hotel's location and some of its international standards remain highly regarded by guests.
