Overall, Apartmenthotel-Harz is a fantastic choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat in the beautiful Harz region. The location is perfect for outdoor activities and the hotel offers easy access to the surrounding area. Guests rave about the delicious breakfast and impressive dinner options with regional products and a variety of dishes available. The spacious and clean rooms are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including balconies for a great view. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive, making guests feel welcome and valued. While some minor issues have been reported, such as mold in the shower, the overall impression is one of cleanliness and comfort. Kurhotel Bad Suderode is a great option for guests with disabilities as it offers accessibility features such as an entry for the shower. The hotel is well-located, being just a few steps away from the town center and has free parking available, although it is noted that there could be more spaces. The hotel also provides a bus service until 8 pm, included in the Kurtaxe. The only downside is that some rooms with sloping walls are quite small. Although there were issues with payment, the staff was accommodating and did not charge for the room. Overall, the hotel is recommended for guests with limited mobility.
