The Village Heights Resort offers a great atmosphere and is the best resort in Crete for a perfect family holiday. Despite some guests feeling that the apartments were rather sparse and not luxurious enough for a 5-star rating, the great service and outstanding facilities make up for it. Many visitors highly recommended the hotel and plan to come back due to its lovely location, exceptional offerings and positive vibe. However, some guests found the bathrooms to be small and the showers to be weak. Regardless, the resort provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for switching off from the outside world. Nonetheless, some guests expect certain amenities from a 5-star hotel, such as daily room cleaning, late-night dining options and pools open late; which weren't met here.
