The hotel is at the height of a 5-star rating and it's truly a palace that lives up to the magic of Zermatt and the surrounding region.
Despite being a 5-star hotel, guests agree that the spa area could be slightly larger. However, this is just a minor critique in what can only be described as a 4-day dream stay amid the darkness of this year. Our room costs may seem steep, but for what we got, it was worth it.
