The proximity to essential amenities, such as a supermarket, along with available parking, further enhances its appeal for travelers.
The hotel delivers a delightful breakfast experience, with a complimentary blend of Japanese and Western options that cater to diverse tastes. Guests appreciate the improvement in the breakfast service over time and the flexibility of enjoying breakfast in-room. Despite some instances of limited options and crowding, the breakfast remains a highlight, particularly praised for items like miso soup.
Rooms at the hotel receive positive feedback for their cleanliness and comfort. Guests find them spacious, particularly the double rooms, and appreciate features like adjustable air conditioning. While minor concerns, such as occasional dust and mold in unit baths, are mentioned, the overall impression is one of a clean and welcoming environment.

The staff at Toyoko Inn Aioi are praised for their kindness and friendliness, contributing to a smooth and welcoming experience for guests. Their helpfulness, especially in the parking lot and at reception, is noted. While there are few areas for improvement regarding proactive engagement, the staff’s genuine efforts are appreciated.
Parking at the hotel is a mix of convenience and challenges. Although private parking is affordable and well-explained, the narrow space of the multi-story garage can be difficult for larger vehicles. However, guests note that parking fees are somewhat high, especially since charges begin before check-in time.
