Downstairs Studio Spacious room with a king or queen bed (some of which can be split in to 2 single beds, upon request), dining area and wardrobe. The kitchenette includes hot plates, frying pan and saucepans, microwave and fridge, tea, coffee and toast making facilities. The bathroom has a shower and spa bath. Parking is close to the room and there is easy access to heated pool and spa pool area. Room 16 has a queen and single bed. This room does not allow pets or offer any views.

Upstairs Studio These studio units are sunny, spacious and quiet. They include a king or queen bed (some of which can be split into 2 singles, upon request), dining area, wardrobe and kitchenette. The rooms open out onto a shared balcony with seating to relax and enjoy the sun. The kitchenette facilities include hot plates, frying pan and saucepans, microwave, fridge, tea, coffee, toast making facilities. The bathroom has both a shower and spa bath. Unit 18 has a queen and a sofa bed. This room does not allow pets. Please note this room cannot accommodate children under 10 years of age.

Large Family Unit 5 People Spacious units with their own courtyard garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. These units are open plan with a king bed (or 2 singles) downstairs, and 3 singles (or king and 1 single) upstairs on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs is a kitchenette, bathroom, dining and living area with Smart TV with 5 satellite channels. Upstairs is another bathroom with spa bath, and a 2nd TV. A clothes drying rack, DVD player, high chair and stair gate are available on request. Room 7 has a full size fridge and a large bench area. Room 9 has a standard kitchenette and larger living area.

Lakefront Unit Relax and enjoy a stunning location on the shore of Lake Taupo. This Lakefront Apartment sits just above the beach and enjoys views across the lake and down to the mountains. The apartment is open plan with a mezzanine floor. Downstairs is a kitchen with oven and full size fridge, dining area, lounge, Smart TV with 50 satellite channels, queen bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs on the mezzanine floor is a queen bed with stunning lake views through french doors, and 2 single beds. A 2nd bathroom with spa bath and 2nd TV are also on the mezzanine floor. The apartment opens onto a large patio just above the beach, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. This room does not allow pets.

Large Family Unit 4 People Spacious unit with a mezzanine floor. Opens onto its own courtyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. It has a king bed (or 2 singles) and bathroom with shower downstairs, and 2 singles (or a king) and bathroom with spa bath (Unit 10 has en suite toilet only) upstairs. Downstairs is the kitchenette with hot plate, saucepans, electric frying pan, microwave, and fridge, dining table and chairs, There is a Smart TV with 5 satellite channels downstairs, and Unit 5 has an extra TV upstairs. A clothes drying rack, DVD player, high chair and stair gate are available on request. R10 has a full bathroom downstairs and en suite toilet upstairs. Room opens onto its own courtyard. R5 has a full bathroom and TV downstairs and upstairs.

Family Unit 3 People Open plan with a mezzanine floor. It has a lounge area, kitchenette (microwave, fridge, tea and coffee and toast making facilities), queen bed and bathroom downstairs, and a single bed and en suite toilet upstairs. The unit opens onto its own courtyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ, and partial lake views. There is also a path leading to the lake edge. Bathroom has a shower and spa bath. There is a Smart TV with 5 satellite channels. A clothes drying rack, DVD player, high chair and stair gate are available on request.

Economy Family Unit 5 People Open plan with a small living area downstairs and a mezzanine floor. Queen bed downstairs and 3 single beds on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs there is a bathroom which includes shower and spa bath, kitchenette with cook top, saucepans, electric frying pan, microwave and fridge. There is a smart TV with 5 satellite channels. A clothes drying rack, DVD player, high chair and stair gate are available on request. Room 8 opens onto a private courtyard garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Rooms 11 and 13 open onto a small patio which opens onto the heated swimming pool. There is a BBQ and outdoor seating available on the grassed area at the front of the property. Free parking at your door. Please note units 11 and 13 may not be suitable for children under 4 years old as the stairs are quite steep. Stair gates are available upon request.

Economy Family Unit (6 Guests) The Loft is upstairs with views from the balcony. It is open plan style with a mezzanine floor and separate bathroom with shower (no bath). There is a large bedroom with king bed (or 2 singles) and a TV with satellite channels, a small living area with Smart TV and bean bags, a large dining table and bench seats, and a kitchen with hot plate, saucepans, electric frying pan, microwave and full size fridge. Upstairs are 2 rooms both with twin beds. There is a sofa bed and also room for a cot in the main bedroom. A clothes drying rack, DVD player, high chair and stair gate are available on request. Please note that the staircase is steep and may not be suitable for children under 4 years old. Stair gates are available upon request. There is also a single couch bed in the master bedroom which would be suitable for an extra child.

Family Unit with Lake View This has lake views out to Acacia Bay and direct lake access and it has its own courtyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Room includes a king bed (can be split into 2 singles), bathroom with shower, kitchenette and living area with Smart TV and 5 satellite channels downstairs, and king bed (can be split into 2 singles), bathroom with spa bath and extra TV upstairs. Kitchenette has a hotplate, saucepans, electric frying pan, microwave and fridge. This room does not allow pets.

Budget Upstairs Studio This is a small studio featuring with a very high cathedral ceiling and a view of Mt Ruapehu on a clear day. It has a queen bed, table and chairs, Smart TV, microwave, fridge, tea/coffee/toaster, fan or heater and a spa bath. Guests must walk up a flight of stairs to reach this room.

Standard Family Unit (5 Guests) Spacious unit with partial views of the lake. It opens onto a courtyard garden with outdoor furniture. This unit is open plan with a king bed (or 2 singles) downstairs, and 3 singles upstairs on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs is a kitchenette, full bathroom, dining table and chairs, and living area with Smart TV with 5 satellite channels. Upstairs is an en suite toilet and an extra TV. A clothes drying rack, DVD player, high chair and stair gate are available on request.

Budget Double Room This small basic studio includes a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has shower, toilet and hand basin. It has its own entrance. Pets cannot be accommodated in this room type.
