Intercity Anápolis stands out as a prime choice for travelers due to its excellent location, modern facilities and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near key areas such as the exit to Goiânia and though it may be perceived as somewhat distant from central city parts, guests overwhelmingly appreciate its spacious, comfortable apartments and the high standard of cleanliness throughout the establishment.
The breakfast offerings at Intercity Anápolis receive widespread acclaim for their variety and quality. Guests frequently describe the breakfast as excellent with a generous and diverse spread that leaves a positive impression. Although some reviews mention a desire for more fruit options and a clearly communicated end time for breakfast service, it remains a highlight of guests' stays.
Rooms at Intercity Anápolis are highly praised for their comfort and cleanliness. Visitors are impressed by the spacious layouts, modern furnishings and features such as blackout curtains and well-functioning air conditioning, which contribute to a restful stay. The rooms' beautiful décor, comfortable beds and well-thought-out workspaces enhance the overall experience.
The hotel's commitment to cleanliness is consistently noted with guests commending the impeccable standards maintained across all areas. The organized and comfortable rooms, combined with new and airy infrastructure, underscore the hotel’s dedication to providing a welcoming environment.
Staff at Intercity Anápolis earn high marks for their politeness and attentiveness. The well-trained, friendly team, especially the receptionists, contribute significantly to the positive guest experience. Though there are occasional mentions of less satisfactory interactions, particularly with the breakfast service staff, the general consensus is highly favorable.
The pool at Intercity Anápolis, however, receives mixed feedback. While it attracts guests, many find it too cold to enjoy due to its unheated nature and shaded location, which prevents natural warming. This detracts from the pool's appeal.
