Hotel Condestable Iranzo has garnered mixed reviews regarding its accessibility for guests with disabilities. On a positive note, the hotel features wheelchair-accessible bathrooms and accessible showers. The bathrooms are specifically designed to cater to mobility issues, ensuring convenience for those with physical disabilities. The presence of an accessible and attentive reception, along with a central location, further enhances its appeal for travelers.
However, there are areas that require improvement. Some reviews pointed out the lack of proper room accessibility and necessary updates to meet modern standards. The hotel also needs to revamp certain features like accessible signs and mobility assistance/accessories in the rooms. Additionally, the access ramp is described as short and steep and there is feedback indicating a general lack of good access for people with reduced mobility.
While the elevators make higher floors accessible, they have been noted to be slow and somewhat inefficient. The bathtub design also poses issues as water tends to spill out during showers.
Overall, while Hotel Condestable Iranzo offers several accessible features, it requires significant improvements to fully cater to guests with disabilities.
