Nestled just 3 km from Iza, Hotel Termales El Batan offers a serene retreat, perfect for guests seeking tranquility amidst beautiful landscapes and stunning mountain views. Its strategic location allows for a peaceful environment, offering access to natural hot springs, a pool, and a Turkish bath, which enhance the relaxation experience.
The hotel is widely praised for its exceptional breakfast, featuring a varied and delicious buffet that caters to diverse palates. Guests appreciate the excellent service during the morning meal, which is often described as magnificent, despite suggestions for more variety in hot drinks. The dining experience is complemented by quality dinner offerings, although expanding the menu and extending restaurant hours could enhance guest satisfaction further.
Accommodations at the hotel are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The rooms, though lacking some amenities such as hot water in certain areas or refrigerators, are well-maintained and contribute to a restful experience. Cleanliness is a standout feature, with the entire range of hotel facilities, including the thermal pools, praised for their immaculate condition. The staff's friendly and attentive service consistently earns high marks, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the tranquil experience.
While the hotel excels in many areas, internet connectivity presents a challenge, with unreliable Wi-Fi access mostly limited to the reception area. Despite this, the thermal pools are a highlight, offering clean, spacious, and well-maintained facilities that provide a soothing and rejuvenating experience. Overall, Hotel Termales El Batan is a peaceful and hospitable retreat, perfect for guests seeking relaxation amidst nature.
