The Macdonald Compleat Angler offers some accessible rooms for guests with restricted mobility, addressing certain needs for those requiring wheelchair access. However, significant limitations exist, as many reviews highlighted difficulties related to the lack of an elevator, posing a problem for guests with mobility issues. The absence of lifts and reliance on stairways created difficulties and hazards for the elderly and those with fragile conditions. Although the hotel ensures easy access to the town center, the internal accessibility needs considerable improvement to be truly friendly to disabled guests. Updating the facilities to include an elevator and reducing the reliance on stairs could significantly improve the experience for guests with disabilities.
