The cleanliness of Aparthotel Arenteiro receives mixed reviews. Many guests commend the hotel for its cleanliness, noting the modern and well-maintained rooms. Consistent daily cleaning and good hygiene standards contribute to the positive feedback. However, some guests report occasional oversights, such as dust accumulation and minimal cleaning routines, indicating room for improvement in maintaining consistency.

As a three-star establishment, Aparthotel Arenteiro stands out for its affordability, offering excellent value for money. Guests appreciate the budget-friendly pricing, making it an appealing option for short stays or weekend getaways. Gandarela Turismo Rural seems to have made significant strides in ensuring accessibility for guests with disabilities, particularly with their newly adapted rooms and facilities. The rooms are well-designed to meet the needs of disabled clients, featuring accessible bathrooms and overall ease of wheelchair use. Additionally, the hotel environment is noted to be mainly accessible and the staff is commended for their helpfulness in finding accessible places nearby, contributing to a more comfortable stay.
However, there are consistent issues with the directions provided by Google Maps, as several guests reported getting led through unsuitable and narrow tracks. Some even mentioned that the access roads for vehicles can be challenging. It might be beneficial for the hotel to place clearer signage on the main road or correct the Google Maps route to prevent future guests from experiencing these navigation difficulties.
Despite these challenges with road access, the overall experience at Gandarela Turismo Rural for guests with disabilities has been positively highlighted with mentions of flexible check-in and support with transportation, further enhancing the convenience and accessibility of their stay.
