It's a top destination for hiking vacations. Guests appreciated the hotel's organized excursions. However, it's not located in the center of the ski areas. The breakfast doesn't start until 7:30, which may not suit those who need to be on the slopes early. The closest ski resorts, including Plose and Seiser Alm, are at least a 30-minute drive away, but the hotel provides free buses to various ski areas such as Val Gardena, Ortisei, Alpe di Siusi, Alpe di Villandro and Santa Cristina. In addition, there are beautiful hikes available during the day, some of which are organized by the hotel.
