The dining options are fantastic with Onemata, The Pantry and Captain's Table offering top-notch cuisine. The Cafe is also amazing. Although there were a few negative experiences, such as a tatty and tired room and guests who were noisy, the hotel management team was professional and worked hard to address any problems. Overall, the hotel is a first-class luxury setting with crazy amenities, beautiful rooms and a lovely staff. It’s no wonder guests call it the best hotel they've ever stayed in. Highly recommended for a city getaway or romantic escape, it's worth the price for an exceptional stay.
