Designed and built by John White the "Lumber Mill King" of Waynesville in 1902. Subsequently a "house of ill repute", speakeasy, and family home before conversion to a B and B in 1998.

King Suite with Spa Bath The largest suite on site, this Garden Suite is located on the ground floor and includes a 4-poster bed, a gar fireplace, and a private, en suite bathroom with a dual-head shower and a 2-person spa bath. A 46-inch flat-screen TV, reclining seating and a game table. Room service breakfast can be served en suite for a charge.

Queen- Mountain View Room Enjoy panoramic views of the Smokey Mountain from this guestroom's private porch. Located upstairs, it includes a private bathroom with an original, claw-footed soaking bath and an overhead rainfall shower.

Queen- Chestnut Room Featuring mountain lodge decor, this upstairs guestroom includes a gas-log fireplace, 2 glider chairs and a private bathroom with a tub-shower combination. The room features an original chestnut wood wall.

King- Grand Library Suite Located on the ground floor, this guestroom includes the original parlor and dining room of the 1902 home. Gas fireplaces, an antique headboard and warm wood paneling are includes. The private bathroom features a spa bath and walk-in shower.

King- Carriage House Suite This secluded private bungalow is located away from the main inn and includes a 4-post bed, bay window with window seat and a hand-laid, stone fireplace. It features 12-foot vaulted ceilings and a bathroom with a spa bath.

King- Magnolia Suite Located upstairs, this spacious suite includes a private, enclosed porch with mountain views, a seating area and a dining area. A wet bar, seating area with a cosy fireplace and a bathroom with a spa bath and walk-in shower are provided. A 2-person sofa bed is provided and room service breakfast is available for a fee.

King- Blue Ridge Room Inspired by the Blue Ridge Parkway, this guestroom includes a spacious seating area, a 2-person seat and a gas fireplace. The private bathroom includes a large, walk-in shower. The room was the room of John White, the original architect and owner of this historic house.
