Central Cosmo Apartment Hotel offers a generally accessible experience for guests with disabilities, thanks to its excellent location and convenient access. The hotel is wheelchair-friendly, making it easy to navigate for guests with mobility challenges. While there are some accessibility issues, such as the absence of ramps from the car park to the lift and limited accessible parking spots, the overall ease of access compensates for these shortcomings. Guests have praised the wheelchair-friendly bathrooms, which include features like roll-in showers. However, the presence of deep baths and lack of grab rails in some bathrooms may pose challenges for those with limited mobility.
The hotel's prime location in the heart of Eat Street ensures guests have easy access to a variety of dining options, public transport, including trains and ferry services and local amenities. The accessibility to walking paths along the river and nearby department stores adds to the convenience. Additionally, the hotel offers useful amenities such as a washer and dryer, adding to the comfort and ease of guests' stays.
While a few reviewers mentioned that the hotel could improve its accessibility features, particularly with the addition of grab rails and better ramps, the general sentiment is positive. The staff are noted to be friendly and accommodating and the ambiance safe and engaging for all guests, including young children and the elderly. All in all, Central Cosmo Apartment Hotel stands out as a reasonably accessible, conveniently located and comfortable option for travelers, making it a good value for money choice.
