The indoor pool at Ann Arbor Regent Hotel and Suites is frequently praised with many guests appreciating the nice pool and hot tub area. The pool and spa facilities receive high marks for their enjoyment and convenience, although some reviews suggest that the pool and Jacuzzi could benefit from extended hours and occasional maintenance (like addressing strong chemical smells) to improve the experience. The bathwater-like temperature of the hot tub could also be a point of improvement. Some visitors mentioned the need for lockers in the pool area to enhance convenience. Despite minor suggestions for improvement, the pool area overall is a highlight for guests, contributing positively to their stay.

Summarized by AI
Baymont by Wyndham Belleville Airport Area provides a generally convenient and comfortable experience for travelers. Its prime location, just nine minutes from the airport and near major highways, makes it an ideal choice for those flying in or out and for guests attending local events or visiting family. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of dining options, stores and gas stations, offering added convenience without the need for extensive travel.
Rooms at the hotel are frequently praised for their spaciousness and comfort, contributing to a restful stay. Many guests highlighted the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, finding the beds particularly soft and cozy. The always-available coffee and courteous staff also enhance the overall experience, despite mixed reviews about room maintenance and dated decor.
The staff is generally well-regarded for their friendliness and helpfulness with many guests noting positive interactions and the accommodating nature of the employees. The free airport shuttle service is another appreciated amenity, especially valuable for travelers needing quick access to the airport.
However, breakfast offerings fall short with limited variety and quality, often disappointing guests who expected more. Cleanliness, although commendable in some instances, shows inconsistency, leading to concerns about the thoroughness of room and common area maintenance. The indoor pool, while a hit with children, has been criticized for its cleanliness, detracting from its appeal.
Parking presents another area for improvement, as space can be limited and somewhat detached from the hotel's entrance, potentially causing inconvenience. While some guests reported issues with bed comfort and cleanliness, many still found a reasonable level of comfort for the price and location.
Overall, the Baymont by Wyndham Belleville Airport Area provides good value for travelers seeking accessible and functional accommodation with room for improvement in amenities and maintenance.
