While some guests report clean and cozy accommodations, a significant number of reviews highlight concerns about dirty shared bathrooms, mould and old, stained furnishings. These issues suggest that a thorough renovation and improved upkeep could greatly enhance the guest experience.
The staff is consistently highlighted as a major positive, described as friendly, helpful and professional across various interactions, from check-in to breakfast service. Their efforts significantly contribute to a welcoming and pleasant stay, often making up for other shortcomings.
However, the hotel's WiFi service receives largely negative feedback with guests frequently encountering connectivity issues or finding the service non-functional despite expectations otherwise.
Lastly, the beds receive mixed reviews. Many guests enjoy clean, comfortable beds, while others face discomfort due to outdated, worn-out mattresses with noticeable springs and occasional issues with cleanliness and bed quality.
Overall, Four Seasons Budget is appreciated for its convenient location, exceptional breakfast and commendable staff. However, potential guests should be aware of varying room conditions, cleanliness issues and unreliable WiFi. For budget-conscious travelers seeking a well-located base with friendly service, it remains a practical choice.
