However, some guests noted that there was no Jacuzzi area and the veranda for the pool could have been nicer. Unfortunately, there were holes in the roof where rainwater came inside the pool and some guests complained of accessibility issues. Despite the few negatives, the staff received praise for their great service and the indoor pool was a highlight for travelers.
