Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Londri Star enjoys a strategically convenient location, highly praised for its easy access to key highways, shopping centers and Londrina University. With nearby connections to the Catuaí shopping mall, Decathlon, Havan and other amenities, it's a prime choice for travelers seeking value and ease of access. The location is especially ideal for those traveling by car with abundant parking facilities, noted for being spacious, secure and accommodating.
Breakfast at Hotel Londri Star is frequently highlighted as a standout feature, offering a rich, varied selection that is well-presented and delicious. Guests particularly enjoy the 13th-floor lounge, which provides stunning panoramic views of the city. Dinner services also receive positive remarks for their tasty and reasonably priced offerings, paired with friendly, prompt service that enhances the dining experience.
Guest reviews emphasize the friendly, attentive and efficient staff, who are consistently praised for their hospitality and helpfulness. From the reception to the breakfast team, the staff contributes significantly to the enjoyable guest experience.
The hotel rooms are generally noted for comfort, peacefulness and cleanliness. However, there are recurring mentions of outdated fixtures, weak lighting and occasional maintenance issues, indicating a need for renovations. Despite these points, the overall room comfort remains a strong suit.
Cleanliness is often complimented, particularly in common areas and during breakfast, though some guests have encountered inconsistencies in room and bathroom cleanliness. This highlights an area requiring more rigorous and consistent cleaning practices.
The pool area is another notable feature, described as cozy, clean and conducive to relaxation, although occasional maintenance issues can hinder its usage. Similarly, the gym is considered clean and atmospheric but suffers from poorly maintained equipment, diminishing its appeal.
For family stays, the hotel is lauded for its ability to comfortably accommodate families with welcoming amenities, a beautiful pool area and a delightful breakfast, making it an excellent choice for family vacations.
While Wi-Fi services receive criticism for instability and weak signals and bed quality garners mixed feedback with concerns about old and uncomfortable mattresses, the positive points of good service, convenient location and appealing amenities make Hotel Londri Star a well-regarded choice for travelers.
