Guests have often commended the polished and well-maintained environment, attentive room service and the professional, courteous staff who often go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
The dining experience, however, presents a more mixed picture. While the a la carte menu receives praise for its delicious and distinctive flavors, the buffet offerings, particularly for breakfast, fall short of expectations. Many guests have called for a more diverse and higher quality breakfast spread, noting that the existing options do not align with the five-star standards the hotel markets. Dinner service has also experienced delays, impacting the overall dining satisfaction.
Rooms at Finda Hotel are generally appreciated for their spaciousness and comfort. Families and groups will find the room sizes accommodating, although occasional issues with maintenance, cleaning standards and noise insulation have been noted. Despite some reports of minor disturbances such as non-soundproof windows and creaky doors, the overall room experience remains positive due to modern amenities and consistent cleanliness.
A particular strength of Finda Hotel is the staff’s hospitality. The reception team is frequently praised for their efficiency and friendliness, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. However, guest experiences with service consistency and Wi-Fi connectivity have been variable. Internet service in particular is cited as weak and unreliable, highlighting a need for improvement to meet guest expectations.
For guests with vehicles, the availability of free and spacious parking is a significant advantage, despite the need for better signage and occasional concerns about cart availability and security.
In conclusion, while Finda Hotel excels in many areas such as location, cleanliness, room comfort and staff hospitality, it faces challenges with its dining services, Wi-Fi connectivity and certain aspects of service quality. As such, the hotel provides a generally positive experience but requires enhancements in key areas to fully meet the five-star standard it aims to uphold.

Dinner, especially during Ramadan, is similarly well-received for quality and diversity, although some criticisms include reports of cold meals, lack of freshness in certain items and pricing concerns.
