Park Hotel Sonnenhof - Relais & Châteaux is a stunning 5-star luxury hotel that lives up to its reputation in every way. From the moment you arrive, every member of staff makes you feel welcome and provides exceptional service. The hotel is family-run and maintains a first-class standard. The rooms are beautifully designed and some offer breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps from large balconies. The hotel features a lovely terrace that is well-maintained and the pool in the wellness area has a great size. Dining options are excellent- both the breakfast and dinner are delicious. If you're looking for a high-end hotel that is not a "wellness factory," this is it. Guests couldn't recommend it enough and would love to come back. The only negative feedback regarded impolite staff at reception, bad room odor and a lack of communication about keys.

The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is a superb, luxurious five-star hotel that offers exceptional facilities and services. Guests have described their experiences as wonderful, amazing and even magical. The hotel is child-friendly and offers top-class service in all areas, making it deserving of its full five-star rating. The restaurant selection and quality is outstanding and the hotel is one of the best resorts in Switzerland. However, some guests have commented on the varying quality of the service personnel with some feeling disappointed and irritated at times. Despite this, the majority of guests have had a great stay and would return to this fantastic hotel.
