Hotel International receives mixed reviews regarding its four-star rating and facilities. While many guests find the hotel pleasant and clean, some feel it doesn't truly live up to its four-star classification. The hotel presents a comfortable environment but often comes across more like a three-star experience.
Critiques highlight that certain amenities, such as towels and bathrobes, need updating and the fittings and fixtures seem dated. A few guests point out the absence of in-room coffee and tea as a drawback. Nevertheless, some reviewers express satisfaction with the services provided and believe the hotel justifies its four-star status.
