Sempione Hotel Malpensa offers a mixed experience regarding accessibility for guests with disabilities. On the positive side, the establishment is praised for being clean and providing easily accessible rooms. Guests appreciate the hotel's proximity to Malpensa Airport, which is further enhanced by the complimentary transport service to the airport, adding convenience to their stay.
However, the absence of an elevator can pose challenges, especially for those with disabilities or travelers with heavy luggage, as dragging bags up flights of stairs might require extra effort. It seems that overall accessibility is adequate, but the lack of an elevator remains a notable concern for some guests.
