Gorse Hill Hotel presents several challenges for guests with disabilities. The property lacks a lift service, making the numerous stairs to the rooms particularly difficult to navigate. Some rooms are located far away and are not easily accessible. Even the designated wheelchair-accessible rooms come with their own set of issues, including being situated at the end of a corridor or across a courtyard, both of which may prove inconvenient for disabled guests. Additionally, the bathrooms are not ideally equipped for those with mobility issues as they feature a shower head over the bath rather than a proper accessible shower. Overall, the accessibility features at Gorse Hill Hotel need significant improvements to adequately accommodate guests with disabilities.

Foxhills has both positives and negatives for guests with disabilities. Some staff members were not knowledgeable about accessible facilities, but the evening receptionist was very helpful in assisting with the ramp and finding the disabled bathroom. The rooms were spacious and suitable for wheelchair users, but the cobbled paths and poorly lit areas outside presented challenges. The accessible rooms were also located too far from the reception and food areas. Additionally, the main building disabled toilet was in poor condition and not well-signposted. Some rooms had bathrooms on different floors, which could be inconvenient. Overall, Foxhills is an option for registered disabled guests, but improvements in accessibility are needed.
