Summary of reviews related to the 'Accessible' category
Summarized by AI
SH Hotel by WMM Hotels offers an effective and straightforward check-in process using access codes, allowing guests to access their rooms quickly and easily. Visitors noted the very good accessibility of the hotel, making it a practical choice. While some found the lighting somewhat lacking in certain areas such as the entrance and kitchen, the small light strip in the kitchen was appreciated for its usefulness. Most reviewers mentioned that the check-in experience was uncomplicated.
However, there are a few areas for improvement, such as the presence of stairs to upstairs rooms, which may pose a challenge for those with limited mobility. Some guests experienced issues with the electric pin code door locks and noted that beds tended to drift apart. Additional concerns included exposed electrical wires in a closet and a malfunctioning motion sensor light in the bathroom. Despite some signs of wear and a few functional issues, the hotel remains a viable option for travelers looking for accessible accommodation with a straightforward check-in process.
