St Mellion Estate has a really lovely venue set in beautiful grounds, but unfortunately it seems that some irritating things are inconsistent with its supposed four star rating. Multiple guests have mentioned that the rooms are basic and outdated, certainly not what you would expect from a 4 star resort. Some have even mentioned that their signature room was not up to par. The food in the restaurant has also been commented on with some guests stating that it was definitely not up to 4 star standards, both in terms of quality and service. On the whole, while St Mellion Estate has potential, improvements need to be made to meet the expectations of a 4 star rating.
