Quattro On Young boasts a prime location in a vibrant neighborhood that appeals to both leisure and business travelers. Guests admire its proximity to bustling cafes, brunch spots, and the CBD, which offers convenience and easy access to numerous amenities. The hotel's location balances tranquility with connectivity, surrounded by local attractions such as pubs, clubs, and boutiques, enhancing the urban charm and overall experience. The grocery store across the road and coffee shop downstairs further add to the convenience factor, making it an ideal setting for families and event-goers alike.
The accommodations at Quattro On Young are praised for being clean, spacious, and modern, featuring well-appointed apartments with restful balconies. Guests consistently report feeling comfortable and at home, with particular appreciation for the comfy beds that promise a good night's sleep. The quality of linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries also contribute to a relaxed and satisfying stay. However, some reviews have noted inconsistencies in unit cleanliness, where improvements could be made, especially regarding floor cleanliness and bathroom maintenance.
The staff at Quattro On Young are often highlighted for their friendliness and willingness to assist, particularly when dealing directly in-person. Lyn receives special mention for her helpfulness at reception. While most interactions with staff are positive, some guests have experienced challenges with certain procedures, such as complex entry codes and booking changes, which could benefit from streamlining.
Parking facilities at the hotel receive mixed reviews. While guests appreciate the secure off-street parking and ample on-street options, access difficulties and small garage size pose challenges. Despite these logistical issues, the novel turntable in the garage is a clever feature that guests find interesting.
