The Summer House, located on the ground floor, is particularly peaceful and relaxing. However, the PVBuilding has no elevator and there's a need to improve the breakfast menu. One downside is that the hotel is quite large and it may be a long walk from the lobby to the beachfront. Also, the pathways are made of bricks, which may be bumpy for wheelchairs and strollers.
