Western Village Inn And Casino is a hotel that provides a convenient location for travelers looking to stay close to family. The hotel takes a $100.00 deposit upon check-in. Some guests would like to see King beds in rooms designated for pets. The hotel overall is a good deal for the price, considered passable, superb and an excellent value option. The rooms and facilities are dated but comfortable and clean. However, housekeeping did not come to some guests' rooms. The hotel only has one elevator and it looks like a freight elevator. Until 10 pm, several dogs were barking and whining. Outside the hotel is clean but aged. The hotel uses a 3rd party to reserve rooms, making reservations difficult for some guests. A few guests did not like the internet connectivity, the parking, the small bathroom and the unvacuumed hallways and elevator. On the other hand, some guests enjoyed their stay, found the rooms spacious and well-equipped and singled out the quiet and comfortable beds. The restaurant in the Western Village Inn provides great food and service but was overwhelmed with some guests waiting for 1/2 to 1 hour and was out of salads. The hotel offers good facilities, very clean and quiet rooms and represents good value for money. However, a few guests found the hotel to be dark and dreary, disappointing, or poor, while some noticed the hallways and elevators smelled of cigarette smoke or the shower smelled.
