Despite these minor drawbacks, Citadines on Bourke Melbourne’s blend of a prime location, spacious and modern rooms, excellent cleanliness and outstanding staff service make it a highly recommended choice for those looking to experience the best of Melbourne.
The rooms at Citadines on Bourke Melbourne receive favorable comments for their spaciousness, cleanliness and modern aesthetics. Each room is well-equipped, featuring amenities such as kitchen facilities and comfortable beds, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. Guests also commend the stunning city views from higher floors, which add a special touch to their experience.
Cleanliness is another strong point with rooms and shared spaces generally well-maintained. While there are occasional lapses in housekeeping services, the provided spacious and tidy environment significantly enhances guest satisfaction. The staff across all departments are frequently praised for their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant stay for every visitor.
The hotel’s gym and pool facilities also stand out, particularly the well-equipped gym and the heated indoor lap pool. These amenities add great value to guests' experience, offering convenient options for fitness and relaxation without needing to leave the premises.
However, there are some areas for improvement. The lack of breakfast options on-site is a notable inconvenience, though the well-equipped kitchens in rooms somewhat mitigate this issue. While WiFi is generally reliable and fast, some guests faced connectivity problems. Additionally, the parking services, though secure and convenient, can be pricey and occasionally confusing to navigate.
Despite these minor drawbacks, Citadines on Bourke Melbourne’s blend of a prime location, spacious and modern rooms, excellent cleanliness and outstanding staff service make it a highly recommended choice for those looking to experience the best of Melbourne.
