As a three-star hotel, Best Western Plus Atlanta Airport East aligns with its rating in terms of service and amenities. While some guests felt the hotel was slightly dated, it met basic expectations for a three-star establishment. The location and staff were standout features, though some guests suggested better alternatives are available closer to downtown.
For business travelers, the hotel's proximity to the airport and efficient front desk services were highlighted as advantageous. Despite some logistical issues like a malfunctioning elevator, the hotel is suitable for quick overnight stays before flights.
