The reception team is particularly praised for their warmth and patience, contributing to a serene and welcoming environment. Attentive and professional service, particularly during breakfast, leaves a lasting positive impression on guests, making them feel well-cared for throughout their stay.
Beds at the hotel receive mixed feedback. While some guests find the beds comfortable and appreciate the added toppers, others experience issues with hard spring mattresses, very hard pillows and noisy frames. The use of two single beds pushed together to form a double bed is a recurring point of discomfort, indicating room for improvement in this area.
