Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Spark by Hilton Douglasville Atlanta West receives positive recognition for its convenient and accessible location, with its proximity to various attractions and family residences making it an ideal choice for visitors. The hotel's affordability, combined with pleasant and friendly staff, adds to the overall appeal, making it a compelling option for those seeking a satisfying stay.
The rooms at Spark by Hilton Douglasville Atlanta West are notably spacious, offering guests ample space to relax. The dedication of the night front desk staff, who provide exceptional service and assistance, stands out and contributes positively to the guest experience. While some challenges regarding room cleanliness are mentioned, there are instances where the rooms are praised for their cleanliness and pleasant smell. The hotel's beds receive mixed reviews; many guests find them comfortable, though there are noted issues with sliding beds and inadequate pillows for king-size beds.
While the hotel staff consistently impresses visitors with their friendliness and helpfulness, significantly enhancing the stay, the breakfast offering leaves guests disappointed as it lacks substantial options beyond coffee. The cleanliness of the property, particularly in public spaces, is highlighted as an area needing significant improvement, with reports of unpleasant odors and insufficient housekeeping attention.
Overall, Spark by Hilton Douglasville Atlanta West offers a blend of comfort, affordability, and excellent staff service, though improvements in cleanliness and maintenance could further elevate the guest experience.
