O7 Tenerife provides a welcoming environment with its friendly and helpful staff, ensuring guests feel valued and supported during their stay. While the hotel itself is not new, it is maintained well, offering clean accommodations. Accessibility is a notable feature, as the hotel is fully wheelchair accessible, catering to those requesting adapted rooms for reduced mobility. However, the hotel faces some limitations regarding accessibility, such as difficulties with parking for those with limited mobility and restricted services like the spa and massages often being occupied. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning could be a drawback for some guests. Despite these challenges, O7 Tenerife is committed to creating a hospitable experience for all visitors.

Meliá Costa Atlantis Tenerife is a great four-star hotel that offers a range of facilities and services that cater to guests' needs. While some guests have noted that renovation is required in some rooms, the majority of guests have described them as nice, albeit a little tight. Despite this, the hotel compensates with other amenities that guests enjoyed, including the perfect location and fantastic views from balconies, though some rooms had obstructed views. Available amenities like air conditioning, soap and towels, even though occasionally forgotten, are also appreciated. Breakfast had a few issues like running out of regular bread, but guests were nonetheless satisfied with the spread. Overall, Meliá Costa Atlantis Tenerife is a hotel worth considering for your stay in Puerto.

Apartamentos Pez Azul offers a generally positive experience for guests with disabilities, though with some caveats. The location is quite convenient with everything accessible by foot and public transportation options nearby, including a public bus service. For those with limited mobility, the hotel is deemed suitable and features accessible rooms and elevators. The facilities are good and the pool is also accessible, although improvements are needed to address a slippery ramp and the lack of an adapted chair and lifeguard.
Guests have commented favorably on the friendly and helpful staff, highlighting the kindness of the receptionists and waiters. Clean rooms and proximity to grocery stores and restaurants add to the convenience and the short walks to the beach and city center, despite the beach being a bit steep, are seen positively.
However, the hotel could benefit from updates in some facilities, including bathrooms and addressing minor issues such as noise from the pool filtration system. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, Apartamentos Pez Azul provides reasonable accessibility and a supportive environment for guests with disabilities.

Hotel Atlantic El Tope offers several amenities catering to guests with disabilities. The property features ramps for wheelchairs, accessible parking and elevator access, making it convenient for those needing mobility support. Rooms specifically designed for accessibility are available and the gym and spa areas are also wheelchair-friendly. Handrails in hallways contribute to secure movement throughout the hotel. The hotel is easily reached by bus with a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, enhancing its accessibility via public transport. However, it's worth noting that the climb to the hotel might be challenging for older guests or those with significant mobility issues. Additionally, the parking space can be slightly tight. While the hotel is well-prepared for guests with disabilities, those with more severe mobility challenges might find it less accommodating.

Hotel Vallemar is a great choice for guests who are looking for a centrally located hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. The hotel offers both underground and nearby free car park options for guests with a self-drive car, which is commendable for a hotel in this area. Although the hotel's own parking facilities are limited, the price for parking is reasonable. Some guests mentioned that the garage entry is difficult or the spaces are small, but it's suggested to ask for directions from the reception on arrival. While finding the hotel's underground parking can be complicated, the hotel's central location may benefit guests who don't need to travel by car. Overall, Hotel Vallemar is a great choice for guests who are looking for a comfortable stay in Puerto de la Cruz.
