Parco dei Principi Resort & Spa is favorably highlighted for its strategic and beautiful location, which provides breathtaking views and easy access to stunning beaches like San Francesco and San Montano. Despite being somewhat dated, the tranquil surroundings and excellent transport links make it a convenient and serene escape. Guests particularly enjoy the generous and diverse breakfast options, as well as the picturesque dining setting enhanced by stunning sea views. The buffet's wide selection of both sweet and savory items, alongside attentive service, is praised for providing a satisfying start to the day.
The dining experience continues to impress with excellent dinner options and a picturesque view that enhances the meal, although some guests have pointed out discrepancies between price and portion size, as well as limited vegetarian options. Cleanliness is a strong suit of the resort, with rooms and common areas consistently maintained to high standards, despite their slightly outdated appearance.
The staff across all areas of the resort earns accolades for their professionalism and kindness. Notable praise is given to the reception team and restaurant staff who enhance the guest experience with their friendliness and hospitality.
While the resort boasts beautiful pool facilities with superb views, clean indoor and outdoor options, and additional amenities like a jacuzzi, the spa area requires maintenance. Issues like non-functional features and overall upkeep detract from its potential, yet the pools generally leave a positive impression on visitors. Beach access is convenient, with multiple appealing options nearby that can be reached by foot or shuttle, enriching the coastal experience for guests.
Room comfort is generally good, though some inconsistencies in bed quality and noise levels are mentioned. The hotel’s four-star rating is contentious among some guests due to its dated interiors and inconsistencies in facilities like the bathrooms and spa. Despite this, the exemplary service, outstanding views, and overall cleanliness ensure a memorable stay at Parco dei Principi Resort & Spa, though an update in facilities could elevate the experience closer to the expectations of a four-star establishment.
