Bridgeview Hotel offers a budget-friendly option with certain positive highlights. The motel's strategic location grants convenient access to the highway, nearby shopping centers, eateries and is close to the airport, making it practical for travelers needing easy access to essential services and work-related spots. The staff, particularly those at the front desk, received frequent praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to the guest experience.
The motel features spacious rooms, an appreciated asset by guests looking for value for their money. Additionally, the pool is described as large and inviting, providing a pleasant space for relaxation.
However, several aspects significantly detract from the motel's overall appeal. The surrounding neighborhood has been widely described as unsafe and uncomfortable with reports of loud noise, disruptive behavior and criminal activity leading to a general sense of insecurity. This negative perception of the area impacts guests' comfort and safety.
Cleanliness and maintenance are major concerns. Numerous reviews pointed out issues such as dirty rooms, worn-out mattresses, mold in bathrooms, unpleasant odors and pest infestations including cockroaches. Additionally, maintenance problems such as broken fixtures, non-functional smoke alarms and faulty air conditioning were frequently mentioned.
The motel's Wi-Fi service was reported as unreliable with many guests experiencing frequent disruptions and slow speeds. The pool, while enjoyable when in good condition, sometimes faced maintenance issues and closures.
Despite the convenience for pet owners with its dog-friendly policy, there were incidents of altercations between pets and disturbance concerns. The beds also presented mixed reviews with many guests finding them uncomfortable due to lumpy, saggy mattresses, broken springs and bedbugs.
In summary, while Bridgeview Hotel offers affordability, strategic location and friendly staff, significant issues related to cleanliness, maintenance, safety and overall comfort heavily impact the guest experience.
