Go2 By Relianse Pittsburgh PA Crafton offers a convenient and accessible location praised by guests for its proximity to major highways and nearby towns like Carnegie, Bridgeville and McKees Rocks. The motel is within walking distance of gas stations, grocery stores, metro access and several restaurants, making it a practical choice for travelers. Despite occasional mentions of the area feeling somewhat unsafe, the location's benefits, coupled with a quiet and clean surrounding environment and friendly, professional staff, generally ensure a positive experience.
The rooms at the motel are spacious and follow modern color schemes. They offer quiet accommodations with minimal noise from adjoining rooms and some guests find the beds clean and comfortable. However, significant improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and amenities, as several reviews cite issues such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, insects, broken equipment and missing amenities. The building itself requires renovation with reports of leaking ceilings, water damage and overall dinginess.
Cleanliness is a hit-or-miss aspect, but some guests do find their rooms clean upon arrival. Nonetheless, numerous reviews indicate substantial issues like dirty floors, unclean bathrooms and unpleasant smells, including cigarette smoke and mildew. Additionally, reports of cockroaches and other bugs, along with dated and poorly maintained bathroom fixtures, highlight the need for better housekeeping and maintenance.
The staff frequently receive high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness with many guests highlighting exceptional service from team members. However, some reviews mention less favorable interactions, including reports of rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Management feedback is mixed, though many guests appreciate courteous and accommodating staff who strive to meet their needs.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the motel, but its performance is often criticized for being spotty and weak. Guests needing reliable internet for work may face challenges due to intermittent connection problems.
Experiences with the beds vary; while some guests find them comfortable, others report issues like damp and stained bedsheets, cigarette burns and overall discomfort. Despite the availability of high beds and reasonably comfortable mattresses in some rooms, complaints about hard, lumpy beds and unclean linens are common.
The motel's pet-friendly policies are a standout feature, allowing guests to bring their pets at no extra cost. This makes it an attractive option for pet owners, although some disturbances from aggressive pets and barking have been noted. The motel maintains a commendable level of cleanliness despite the presence of pets.
While the motel offers accessible features and a quiet, clean environment, some reviews indicate it struggles to adequately accommodate guests with disabilities, particularly those needing handicap-accessible rooms on lower levels.
In summary, Go2 By Relianse Pittsburgh PA Crafton provides a convenient and pet-friendly stay with generally friendly staff and some comfortable accommodations. However, it requires significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance and accessibility to better meet traveler expectations.

While some guests found the pool to be dirty or overcrowded, others describe it as nice and great. The outdoor pool area is particularly appealing, but unfortunately, it was closed during some guests' stays. The hot tub was also hit or miss - sometimes advertised but unavailable. Despite some negative reviews, many guests enjoyed the unique pool and amenities offered at the hotel.
