Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Lorda offers commendable features for guests with disabilities. The hotel provides good accessibility overall with wheelchair accessible bathrooms and elevators ensuring ease of movement within the premises. The location is conveniently accessible and parking is easy, adding to the overall convenience for guests.
However, there are areas that could be improved. The accessibility ramp is notably absent, which can pose a challenge right at the entrance. Additionally, the bathtubs are reported to be quite high and slippery, making them less suitable for elderly guests or those with limited mobility. Lastly, some amenities such as USB ports and a more adjustable thermostat would enhance comfort, though these are minor drawbacks in the grand scheme.
Despite these areas for improvement, the hotel's spacious and accessible rooms, combined with a warm welcome and good location, contribute positively to the stay experience for guests with disabilities.
