The poolside staff is especially wonderful with guests suggesting they be held onto as treasures. Despite mandatory masks, guests rave about the highly attentive service. While a few reviewers had minor issues, most found the food quality and service to be good overall. Overall, the staff at The Hermosa Inn are truly great.
